Richard Hollingsworth is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fyxer, the AI email assistant built to end inbox overwhelm for professionals across every industry. He co-founded Fyxer alongside his brother Archie and technical co-founder Matt Ffrench, with the mission of bringing the power of a world-class executive assistant to everyone still losing hours to their inbox each week.
Richard started trading financial markets at 15, eventually leading a trading team in the City of London before deciding to build something new. That quantitative background gave him a sharp eye for systemic inefficiency and a habit of asking why things have to work the way they do.
In 2018, he and Archie founded what would become Europe's largest tech-enabled executive assistant business, giving them a front-row seat to how professionals actually manage their time and where admin overwhelm can creep up. That insight, backed by over 500,000 hours of executive assistant workflow data, became the foundation for Fyxer AI.
Today, Richard brings that same mix of commercial instincts and operational depth to the question of how knowledge workers spend their time. In 2026 he and Archie were selected to participate in Tech Nations' Future Fifty programme, an invitation only programme for founders of the UKs most promising scale-ups. He's a regular voice on the productivity crisis facing modern teams and the role AI can play in solving it.
